The youth brass band from the village of Kaski in Poland is part of the volunteer fire brigade (OSP) and is a proud example of the long tradition of brass music in Poland. The orchestra was founded in 1985 to give young people the opportunity to develop their musical talents and form a strong community at the same time.
50 young people dedicate themselves to music with great commitment. Under the direction of experienced conductors, the young musicians learn to play various wind instruments and perform together as an orchestra. The repertoire includes traditional Polish marching music as well as modern pieces that are performed at festivals, parades and concerts.
The orchestra has successfully participated in numerous national and international competitions and has been recognised for its high level of musicianship and discipline.
